The New Galaxy Tab 10.1” with HoneyComb 3.0

Finally, got the competitor for Motorola Xoom in 2011. Yes, I am talking about Samsung Galaxy II named as “the Galaxy Tab 10.1.” Samsung Electronics Co. unveiled on Sunday at MWC 2011 and Its product model code is the Model Nr :P 7100. Samsung officials announced that it will launch in partnership with Vodafone in spring season.

He continued, “The Samsung GALAXY Tab 10.1 is a valuable addition to our expanding portfolio of smart media devices. Sporting a large 10.1 screen and dual surround-sound speakers, it enables users to enjoy multimedia to the maximum extent without having to compromise mobility.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1” have 1280 x 800-resolution  TFT display with Super AMOLED Plus screen. It is only 0.4 inches which means that it is the most thinnest and lightest tablet  till yet. it also having a groves on its back so one can easily handle it in landscape mode.  Hardware is pretty strong to handle multi tasking as it has a dual-core processor, featuring NVIDIA Tegra 2 for best media experiences.

It is powered by Google’s HONEY COMB 3.0 for tablets. It also featuring a SIM slot, having memory of 16 and 32 GB versions, rear 8 megapixel cam with LED flash being able to capture 1080p video(24 frames/sec), 2 megapixel front camera for video call, low power DDR2 memory and 6860mAh battery. It also includes best data transfer times as it includes super-fast HSPA+ 21Mbps, Bluetooth® 2.1+EDR and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.

Once it will be commercially launched we can hope that it will include more features as Samsung already told that they might changed few specs as they are already working with some better stuff. So hopefully, we will see expandable memory, USB slot and HDMI slot. Once it will be launched then we will give an opinion on its usage.
