Apple just released OS X Lion on Mac App Store, and its available for download in USD $29.99, and weights-in 2.49 GBs.
The new Mac OS has taken a lot of inspiration from iOS platform, and includes features such as an app Launchpad, full-screen mode and more. Overall you will have 250 new features in this new OS X Lion.
There’s no time to go over all the features, but you can read about them yourself on Apple’s official site. In all, there are 250 of them. Mac OS X looks more relevant release of OS X in years by Apple. If you have $29 more to spend, you can grab Lion from the Mac App Store today, but before that make sure you’re running Mac OS X 10.6.8, which you’re able to download from Software update. If you are not on Mac OS X 10.6.8, you won’t be able to download OS X Lion. Unfortunately, boxed DVD copies won’t be available for this new version.
