Posixninja has just tweeted to anncouce that he will post the new post on his blog on greenpois0n.com later tonight to explain the current status of jailbreak.

If you didn’t know, P0sixninja is the main member of Chronic Dev Team with pod2g. Togethere P0sixninja and pod2g released Greenpois0n untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1 last year and they trying to release something really exciting this year aswell, which will be the iOS 5 Untethered, iPhone 4S, iPad 2 Jailbreak. Ofcourse many of us will be very exciting about this news.

If we recall, The Chronic Dev Team, during MyGreatFest, announced that they have five ready-userland jailbreak exploits. Even so, they didn’t release anything till now.

The iPhone Dev Team, behind redsn0w and pwnagetool, could already jailbreak the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 but they need more time to release it.
