iPhone 5 Expect To Go Thinner And Lighter and To Launch By September

Apple is getting closer to launch the next iPhone, according to the sources Apple has ordered key components for a new iPhone to launch by the end of September.

Among those parts, an 8-megapixel camera is expected and more faster hardware components as well. Apple is expected to project the aggressive sales for its next iPhone, since it has ordered as many as 25 million units to be produced until the end of the year, according to the source:

Apple’s sales estimate of the new iPhone is quite aggressive. It told us to prepare to help the company meet its goal of 25 million units by the end of the year, [...] we were told to ship the components to assembler Hon Hai in August.

Chinese companies has traditionally assembled may Apple products in past and more likely to manufacture the next iPhone too, Hon Hai is the world’s biggest contract manufacturer, base in China, and has assembled several Apple products in the past. While most iPhones have been traditionally assembled by Foxconn, another contract manufacturer from China, Apple has been rotating its manufactures and assemblers in order to improve efficiency of its products. Hon Hai has previously showed some frustration with assembling Apple products, claiming it’s hard to assemble very small components together in order to create Apple’s legendary “thin” and efficient products, said by Terry Gou, Hon Hai’s Chairman:

The touch-screen devices are so thin. It’s really difficult to install so many components into the iPhones and iPads,

The contract manufacturer is willing and committed to improve profits by increasing volume, which might become a reality for the Hon Hai if Apple orders to manufacture and assemble its other products. Meanwhile, spokespersons at Hon Hai have refused the recent rumors.

Apple is well know US mobile phone based company, doesn’t make a single iPhone. But always hires the companies in east especially in China to assemble and manufacture the products.

Most rumors points that the next-generation iPhone will look like to the iPhone 4 but focused on the internal hardware, with a dual-A5 processor and 1GB RAM is expected. Yet, the new rumors of a redesign came up like this one. We will have to wait till September, The month when the next iPhone is expected to unveil and iPhone fever go viral.
